1. When the welded joint of the reinforcement mesh is not firm, the reinforcement will run and leak, which will make the pipe body partially without reinforcement;
2. After forming, it is difficult to center the reinforcement mesh. The reinforcement mesh is eccentric, that is, the protective layer of the reinforcement mesh is uneven; This process requires a large number of molds to ensure the output. The size of each mold is biased, and large deformation will occur when the split mold is disassembled and used for a long time. Therefore, the roundness of the pipe, the perpendicularity of the pipe orifice, the pipe diameter size and the pipe length size of the pipe are greatly deviated, which affects the installation quality of the project. 3、 Core mold vibration
This process uses semi-dry hard concrete, and the vertical cloth internal mold vibrates and forms by radial extrusion. When forming, the vibration force and amplitude of the internal mold are adjusted to compact the concrete with good vibration force, so as to obtain C50 high-strength pipe concrete, so that the load resistance and impermeability of the pipeline are significantly enhanced compared with the centrifugal and suspended roller process. At the same time, the protective layer of the reinforcement mesh of the concrete pipe in this process is uniform, and there will be no displacement of the reinforcement mesh of the centrifugal and suspended roller process, reinforcement jumping, reinforcement merging, reinforcement scattering and other phenomena, which guarantees the service life of the pipe for 50 years.
Because the vertical core mold vibration pipe manufacturing process uses two integral pipe molds, the rigidity of the mold is very difficult to deform, and only one set of mold is required for a specification, so the formed concrete pipe roundness and pipe diameter dimensions are standard, the pipe body has no seam, and the pipe inner wall finish has significantly improved compared with the centrifugal technology and the hanging roller technology.
